The VIBE Manifestation Process:
During my retreats, I walk you through my 4-Step manifestation process to help you step into abundance and manifest the things you didn’t think were possible.
Manifestation first starts with a VISION. We see in our minds what we desire for our future.
There’s no judgment here. Our desires are deeply personal, and the act of envisioning our long-term goals is an opportunity to get to know ourselves on a deeper level.
After we see the vision, we then create our INTENTIONS and let the Universe know what we want.
This comes through in the way we hold ourselves, and how we engage with others and the world around us in this moment, right now. These daily steps bring us closer to the future we’re envisioning.
In order to manifest our intentions, we need to create inspired actions so we can BREAKTHROUGH our limiting beliefs. These actions revolve around release: ceremonies and mindset shifts that release the beliefs that don’t serve us, and help to pivot how we do things.
This communicates to the universe that we believe in ourselves and that we feel worthy of our desires, paving the way for our manifestations to flow into our lives.
Last, we EMPOWER our new mindset and manifestation skills so we can connect to our highest VIBE self, claim our self-worth, & step into abundance.
When we do this, when we implement all of the deep work we’ve done, we are fostering a mindset that is open to all the goodness the universe has to offer.

This Manifestation Retreat is NOT for you if:
- You’re not willing to trust the process. The exact itinerary of the trip won't be shared until you arrive, keeping us engrossed in the journey. Following suit, phone use will be limited to allow us to be fully present with one another!
- You want to go on a trip just to have fun. This retreat will be much deeper than your typical vacation. And for those who consider themselves more private, keep in mind that you’ll be encouraged to be vulnerable and open with the women present.
- You want a quick fix to help you feel better. No band aids here - we go deep! And though we go deep, this retreat should not be used as a replacement to any mental health treatment you may need.
- You feel like you’ve already done the inner work and believe there’s nothing left to work on. This retreat encourages you to take a deep and honest look into your inner world to identify deeply ingrained limiting beliefs — because we’ve all got em!

This is an immersive manifestation retreat in beautiful St. Thomas, USVI. Complete with manifestation workshops, adventurous excursions, deep inner healing work, body movement activities, meditation, and of course, tons of sisterhood bonding, it’s a true Aloha experience!

A Typical VIBE Retreat Day
7:30 am- Healthy and filling breakfast
8:30am- Waterfront yoga followed by a grounding meditation
9:30am- Manifestation workshop with Alexis-

7:30pm- Sound Healing ceremony with a local spiritual leader

Accommodations at the Spirit on the Water Retreat Home
Spirit on the Water is dedicated to the practice and rituals that remind us to be playful, to connect to one another, to dive deep into our spiritual practice, and to love, yes most of all, to love. A visiting Shaman from the Amazon in Ecuador once declared that the home is built on a vortex!
The enchanting magic about Spirit on the Water, sitting 100 feet above the Caribbean, is how seamlessly it blends into the ocean below. The infinity edge pool becomes one with the waves that extend to the jagged edges of the British Virgin Islands in the far distance. Along the way are small islands, scattered everywhere, adding breathtaking drama to the ocean’s architecture. We’ll be here to welcome you as you melt away the tropical heat under the shade of palm trees growing up through our deck. You will soon to discover that there’s much more to Spirit on the Water than meets the eye!

Early in my manifestation journey I signed up for a retreat
—and it was one of the best decisions ever made ✨
At the time, I was a corporate boss babe who had no idea what was in store for me.

With no direction in my life, nor the confidence to succeed, I was lost and burnt out, feeling completely hopeless — picture constant disappointments, toxic relationships, and wasting time with low vibe people.
But when an opportunity to join a retreat came up? I decided to take life into my own hands and signed up. I wanted to start manifesting the future I knew I deserved.

FAQs
Is there a payment plan available?
Yes! When booking, you have the option to pay in full or in 3 or 6 installments. You’ll find more specific pricing under Magical Accommodations.
What will I need to bring?
As the retreat gets closer, Alexis will provide more details on exactly what you should pack. But you’ll definitely want to make sure you have a valid passport, roundtrip airline tickets, and plenty of loungewear!
What airport should I fly into?
The retreat center is about 20 minutes from Cyril E. King Airport (STT). We suggest flying into St. Thomas at least one night earlier to ensure you make the shuttle to the retreat center on Thursday, July 17th. The shuttle back to the airport will leave on Monday, July 21st at 11am.
Will this retreat heal me?
This retreat is created for women who are already on their own self-development journey and are looking to build upon that - we will not be focused on healing or fixing ourselves. While we will be doing deep work together, this retreat is not meant to replace any mental health treatments you may be needing, including therapy or medications.
What if I need to cancel?
We get it - things happen! The VIBE retreat is non-refundable, however, you can use any payments as credit towards 1:1 coaching, programs, or a future retreat with Alexis.
Are there any COVID requirements?
Currently, there are no requirements for entering USVI, including providing proof of vaccination or providing proof of a negative COVID test. However, we do recommend staying up-to-date on all travel recommendations as the retreat gets closer so all goes smoothly!
Should I take out Travel Insurance?
When traveling internationally, we always recommend taking out travel insurance. This can protect you if your flight gets delayed or canceled (which happens too often!), if you experience an injury, or if any other plans go awry. Especially when making such a large investment, you want to make sure you’re covered for all the “what if’s.” Alexis can provide you with a wonderful point of contact for travel insurance.
