I’m a multi-biz owner with 5+ businesses I built from the ground up, and it’s my passion to help women like you change your mindset and grow your self-confidence. That way you can succeed at anything your heart desires and claim all that you deserve.
As a former struggling bartender and makeup artist who had no direction in her life, nor the confidence to succeed, I know how it feels to be lost and burnt out without any hope - constant disappointments, toxic relationships, and wasting time with low vibe people. Finally, I decided to take my life into my own hands and started manifesting the future I knew I deserved.
One of the first steps I took on my journey was signing up for a retreat and it was one of the best things I have ever done. I left feeling fully expanded in all areas of my life.
And that’s when things really began turning around, when so many of my desires began manifesting: A strong relationship filled with love and respect, the car of my dreams, multiple businesses, and the most supportive girl tribe I could have ever imagined. All because of the groundwork I laid on that retreat and the perspective shift that came with it.
Now, I’m honored to be able to share my expertise on this retreat with women from all over the world so they may also experience the power of manifestation!

This Manifestation Retreat is NOT for you if:
- You are not willing to Trust the Process. The exact itinerary of the trip won't be shared until you arrive, keeping us engrossed in the present journey and process. Following suit, phone use will be limited to allow us to be fully present with one another!
- You want to go on a trip just to have fun. This retreat will be much deeper than your typical vacation and requires you to be vulnerable with the women present.
- You want a quick fix to help you feel better. No band aids here - we go deep! And though we go deep, this retreat should not be used as a replacement to any mental health treatment you may need.

This is an immersive manifestation retreat in beautiful Costa Rica complete with manifestation workshops, adventurous excursions, body movement activities, meditation, relaxation, and of course, tons of sisterhood bonding!

A Typical VIBE Retreat Day
7:30 am- Healthy and filling breakfast
8:30am- Yoga in the jungle followed by a grounding meditation
9:30am- Manifestation workshop with Alexis- "Releasing blockages no longer serving us"
12:30pm- Nourishing lunch with locally sourced ingredients
1:30pm- Excursion- Clay ceremony on the Uvita Beach with your retreat sisters
3:00pm- Relaxation time and soaking in the sun at the beach
5:30pm- Reflection and journaling time back at the retreat center
6:30pm- Gather for dinner
7:30pm- Sound Healing ceremony with a local spiritual leader
8:30pm- Sisterhood sharing circle
10:00pm- Rest time before we turn down for the night

Luxury Zen Elegance with Expansive 360° Yoga Deck
This newly-built retreat center is nestled within a lush, blooming garden and is uniquely positioned near the flowing Uvita River and the soothing surf of the Pacific Ocean.
While in such a wonderful location, many retreat participants feel fulfilled simply staying at the center to practice yoga, lounge by the pool, and explore the nearby river…yes, there is an amazing river just a few minutes walk away!

SYNERGY dorms- shared
These Semi-dorm accommodations are located under the yoga deck building. There are 2 full size beds, and 1 twin bed. It's described as a ‘semi-dorm’, because each bed has its own set of doors that can be closed for privacy while still sharing the same main room and bathroom as the other beds.

KOGI TEMPLE- shared room
The Kogi Temple is the newest addition and was created so beautifully with its hexagon design, lots of light, and roof airflow. This room has 2 beds, 1 twin and 1 double, with a shared bathroom right outside the front door.

HAMSA/FLOWER-shared
The Flower of Life and Hamsa rooms are comfortable and stylish with rejuvenating views of the jungle and nearby farm, where you can watch cattle and horses graze. There's two stacked beds with extra-thick, deluxe pillowtop mattresses, a large closet, a comfortable couch seating area and a private bathroom. A shared patio is available to enjoy the sights and sounds of the surrounding nature.

LOTUS rooms
The newest additions to the Synergy Retreat center. Each room has a full size bed and dresser drawer, with a shared bathroom. These rooms are surrounded by bamboo and the largest tree on the property to ensure a great night sleep.

The Bamboo room is situated on the ground floor of the Master Suite and consists of 2 single beds, or 1 King bed (put together) with extra-thick, deluxe pillowtop mattresses, private bathroom, and a large closet. It shares the downstairs living area and kitchen of the Master Suite.

This luxury cottage suite provides all the privacy and modern comforts you'll need on this retreat. You'll have a queen-sized bed with extra thick, deluxe pillowtop mattress, private bathroom, a closet, a shower that opens out to the garden, Bose sound system, and a private patio to sit out and enjoy nature.

Master Suite- 2 story with private patio
This 2-story Master suite will have you never wanting to leave! The top floor includes your room and a private balcony, perfect for some cozy lounging. You'll wake up in an extra thick California King size bed, and you'll have plenty of space in your private bathroom. Enjoy an open-air kitchen, small dining area, and more lounge areas downstairs.

FAQs
Is there a payment plan available?
Yes! When booking, you have the option to pay in full or in 3 installments. You’ll find more specific pricing under Magical Accommodations.
What will I need to bring?
As the retreat gets closer, Alexis will provide more details on exactly what you should pack. But you’ll definitely want to make sure you have a valid passport, roundtrip airline tickets, and plenty of loungewear!
What airport should I fly into?
The closest airport to the Synergy Center is San Jose International (SJO). We suggest flying into Costa Rica at least one night earlier to ensure you make the shuttle to the retreat center on Monday, the 17th early afternoon. Alexis loves to stay at the Doubletree in San Jose when staying close to the airport!
Will this retreat heal me?
This retreat is created for women who are already on their own self-development journey and are looking to build upon that - we will not be focused on healing or fixing ourselves. While we will be doing deep work together, this retreat is not meant to replace any mental health treatments you may be needing, including therapy or medications.
What if I need to cancel?
We get it - things happen! If you need to cancel at least 90 days before the start of the retreat, you will be refunded $1000 USD. However, if you cancel after 90 days before the start of the retreat, unfortunately, no refund can be provided.
Are there any COVID requirements?
Currently, there are no requirements for entering Costa Rica, including providing proof of vaccination or providing proof of a negative COVID test. However, we do recommend staying up-to-date on all travel recommendations as the retreat gets closer so all goes smoothly!
